New Year's Eve Day Yoga in the Park!

New Year's Eve Day Yoga in the Park, could not have been nicer. A great way to close out 2015! Warmer today, just beautiful, good strong class, nice size group. Make sure you make it out tomorrow, New Year's Day, start you new year out right! Again I will be teaching the class New Year's Day!

The Wednesday Class today did not happen!

Due to confusion between Alenka and myself there was no teacher for today's class, I am very sorry for anyone that came out, and found that there was no class. I hope you will all make it back out soon!

Yoga in the Park, Christmas Week Schedule!

There will not be a class on Christmas Day 12/25/15. All other classes are as usual, 8am every day! Additionally, Carl will be teaching the class on New Years Day.
