Lindsey to teach Yoga in the Park through Saturday, July 26th.

My Sciatica is getting better, however I am going to take another week, just to make sure I have the problem under control. Lindsey has been kind enough to offer to continue teaching next week, I will start teaching again on Monday the 28th of July. Again, Lindsey makes her living teaching yoga, please remember to donate at her classes. Your attendance and donations make it possible to hold classes and not just cancel them. See you soon, Carl

Lindsey Richard will be teaching Yoga in the Park starting tomorrow!

While I recover from a bout of Sciatica Lindsey will be returning to teach Yoga in the Park starting tomorrow, Thursday 7/10/14 through at least Saturday the 19th. Lindsey Richard, is a wonderful yoga teacher form Jabulani Yoga in Corona del Mar, if you have not reviewed Lindsey's profile, check it out at : http://www.jabulaniyoga.com/Teachers. Lindsey earns some of her income from teaching yoga, she is teaching my classes without any direct compensation, so for these classes please donate, all donations will go to Lindsey for her efforts, as usual all classes are free, however as usual, donations are always accepted and appreciated, normal donations of $5 would be greatly appreciated. I hope you will all come out to Yoga in the Park during for her classes, it is a great chance to learn from a very special teacher. It is also a great chance to enhance and grow your practice. Your support for her while I am away will greatly affect my ability to make this happen again in the future, so if you like not having classes canceled make sure you make it to class on over the next week! 

Yoga in the Park canceled today Wednesday July 9th!

Sorry for the short notice but today's class is canceled. Those of you who have been out to class lately, know I have been dealing with a bout of Sciatica, it just is not getting better and I need a few days off, will be checking on getting a sub for the next few classes and will let you know as soon as I can. Special July 4th Yoga in the Park!

Join me tomorrow to start your 4th out right. 8am at the Montages Treasure Island Park. This is your chance to honor your body and mind, to set intentions and to prepare for your holiday celebrations. I hope I see all of you out, bring friends and family! Carl
