MP 3 Versions of Yoga in the Park & Yoga Shakti classes
As many of you know I have been recording many of the most recent classes. I have now been able to put 7 of these classes on to a single DVD of MP3's. These are full classes that run about and hour and half each, just like our regular classes. These are not Video only audio. Many of you have requested a recorded class for use at home or when traveling, for use with your Ipod or MP3 player. With these disks you are able to play them on your computer, your TV via a DVD player, or transfer the files to your MP3 player or create individual cd's for your CD player.
Being familiar with my classes and the sequencing that we do in class, you should be able to follow along very easily with each of these classes. While its not like being there at the class, it should be the next best thing.
I would like to make these available to anyone who has a desire to have one. As most of you know all of my work goes to support charity, and at the present time these efforts are in support of Thrangu Tara Abbey in Nepal(see web site below for more details). I am requesting a donation in the form of a check made out to the Thrangu Nunnery Fund. The amount is up to you. Your entire check is 100% tax deductible and you will receive a tax receipt documenting your contribution.
I am asking that you email me with your request if you would like a copy.
